Extreme Stunt Weekend and Family Fun Fair comes to Hull

Stunt spectacular, Extreme Stunt Weekend and Family Fun Fair will bring thrills to West Park.

ONE of the biggest high-octane stunt spectaculars and fun fairs in the UK will be rolling into Hull for the first time ever this June.

Guinness World Record-holding monster truck Lil’ Devil will be crushing cars and causing mountains of mayhem while Extreme FMX, Europe’s top freestyle motocross team, will be performing nail-biting stunts including cliffhangers, nic nacs and backflips.

The Extreme Stunt Weekend and Family Fun Fair is a partnership between Extreme Stunt Show and Roger Tuby & Son Fun Fairs.

Anthony Anderson, owner of Extreme Stunt Show said: “We’re excited that the Extreme Stunt Weekend and Family Fun Fair is coming to the city. 2017 is a year of celebration for Hull as the City of Culture and we’re delighted to be a part of it.

For a one-off price, visitors will be able to enjoy a death-defying stunt display, as well as unlimited fairground rides.

Roger Tuby said: “Our fun fair always gets a fantastic reception from the residents of Hull and they will enjoy this event as it is two events for the price of one.

“It’s the first time we’ve teamed up with Extreme Stunt Show and we’re looking forward to working with them through the weekend.”

The Extreme Stunt Weekend and Family Fun Fair will take place at West Park in Hull from Friday 9 June to Sunday 11 June.

Tickets for the event cost £9.99 and are available at www.ticketweb.co.uk and on the gate.

Session times are:

  • Friday 9 June: 5pm – 10pm
  • Saturday 10 June: 12pm – 4pm and 5pm – 9pm

Bakkavor’s Party in Park Raises £5,000 for Air Ambulance in Spalding

Over 2,200 people turned up at Springfields in Spalding for Bakkavor’s Party in Park, a two day event which had live music and of course our fabulous Roger Tuby’s funfair!

Although this was a corporate event for the staff, they opened it up to the general public Saturday night. It’s estimated around £5,000 was raised for the Lincolnshire and Nottingham Air Ambulance order proscar online services.

There was an attempt to set the world record for longest welly-wanging time, with people coming to the fun fair participating for over five hours. Organiser Terry Moore said they are just waiting on confirmation of the record in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Great Weekend of Music and Fun Fair in Spalding

Bakkavor celebrated its 30th birthday last weekend in Spalding for all their employees as well as the public. For two days there was music, activities and our fun fair to amuse and delight everyone in attendance. As the weather was warm and sunny all weekend, everyone took full advantage of our fun fair games and rides and were in cheery spirits.

A world record was set for well-wanging with attendees participating for more buy proscar no prescription than five hours! ‘Bakkavor’s Got Talent’ saw 12 finalists battle it out for the £1,000 grand prize that went to break-dancing Daniel Rutkowski from Weston Super Mare.

Big crowds turned up to listen to the music acts that were lined up including a ‘Take That’ tribute band ending with a huge fireworks display Saturday night.
